John B. Keane’s ‘Big Maggie’ dress rehearsal at The Everyman Cork 2009

BIG MAGGIE by John B. Keane is presented by Everyman Palace Theatre in association with CADA, Directed by Patrick Talbot, with design from Johanna Connor, Lighting by Paul Denby , Costumes by Pat Mahon and Music by Joe Philpott. The cast features Catherine Mahon-Buckley, Shane Casey, Paul Creighton, John Desmond, Fionula Linehan, Martin Lucey, Charlotte O’Byrne, Rachel O’Connell, Rosie O’Regan, Jim Queally, and Mary Sexton.

This was shot the day I got my new Canon 5D MKII. 2009. My friend Johanna Connor was the set designer on this production.

We’d already shot the set boxes and now it was good to see how all that work and translated and scaled.
