A few years earlier J.M.W. Turner walked this beach a short distance North of Gt. Yarmouth making sketches.

Not long after I took this Paul Tiernan called looking to use the image for his album ‘Painkillers’.

Vikings arrived on this coastline a little before Turner or myself, and the Luftwaffe made a few trips here in their day.
